Cuckooo won a keenly contested four way pitch for a digital brief; their approach to their own brand and the case studies they presented impressed me. Importantly I sensed we would work well together. I’ve been so pleased with their response to the initial digital brief I suggested a speculative opportunity to develop a brand campaign – yet again they came up trumps and were commissioned; the creative approach is now helping pocketoption to shape the future brand direction of the business. The challenge was a rebuild from stratch a completely new website that informed our customers about our mini crane equipment, to ensure the customer experience was informative and helpful and to generate visitor enquries. The website went live mid-January 2010. The website ranks better on Google than ever before, customer feedback has been immensely positive, we have generated more enquiries in the four weeks from mid-January than in Q3 and Q4 of 2009! Independent statistics showed our old website ranking below our competitors at the end of 2009. In 2010 we jumped ahead of all of them. The website looks professional and our customers get easy access to all the information they require. Yet another brilliant piece of work undertaken by Cuckoo.

The task was to introduce an umbrella website that acts as a doorway to the recently rebranded GGR Group. The challenge was to inform and educate over 20,000 website visitors that we had a diverse product porfolio. Furthermore as a new website it had to look corporate, clean and rank high on search engines. The results have by far exceeded my expectations. First of all the look was slick and corporate. In a single glance pocket option demo account our visitors know what we offer. The portal increased visits to our subsidiary websites by over 30% and ranked at the top on Google. The site was judged "website of the week" by New Age Media, which was a testament to the creativity of the team I work with at Cuckoo. Today the site has goes from strength to strength, attracting more visitors and directing them to the products and services we offer. We now take more online enquiries than ever before.

We came across Cuckoo Design by simply walking in off the street. Our Cathedral on Chapel Street, Salford, and our new Cathedral Centre are just across the road. As part of our preparations for the official opening of our new Centre we were looking for a design agency to design a new logo that we could use as a logo for the Centre but also a logo that we could use for our diocese, which includes 200+ churches and 200+ schools, as well as designing new stationary for the diocese and all its departments. We got a first impression that this design agency is one that we could work with and that first impression has borne fruit. We were impressed by their professionalism, vision and ability to be flexible to work with us to achieve what we were looking for. We now have a great new logo and have now gone back to Cuckoo to design and build us a new website which, with their help, we hope to launch by the beginning of the New Year.

Cuckoo provided a fresh and vibrant look to our Swim all Summer campaign, which was on the mark for target market. We increased sales of our swim all summer cheme despite the closure of one of our key venues over the summer. I can’t fault Cuckoo for anything... there work is top quality! They really understand my needs and requirements and they’re able to communicate ideas consistently and effectively. Cuckoo are extremely flexible and able to adapt to any brief no matter how big or small.
