fax2email - how it works
- Obtain a fax-bluey form from your Unit Post Orderly or local Forces Post Office.
- Write your letter in the large box starting from the top of the fax2email form.
- At the bottom of the page in the e-mail address window, to ensure delivery,you must write xlearly in large print, the e-mail address of the person you are writing to.
- In the 'FROM' window, you must write your own name and address.
- When you have completed your letter it will be ready to be scanned into the fax-bluey laptop and Uploaded to the e-bluey server.
- Once loaded onto the server, your letter will be transmitted to any valid e-mail address provided anywhere in the world. When the addressee opens the fax2email received from you it will appear on the screen exactly how it was written.
