We were briefed to motivate 25,000 staff to take interest and sell over 60 new products.

We developed a marketing tool called 'Freeze Academy' that invited staff at all levels to vote for the 'product group' they felt would be the sales success of 2004. Participating 'product groups' included Buddy Lollies, Pizza Andres and Atomic Chicken. Cash prizes were the hook.
