Walsh Simmons has produced an interim corporate identity for Moving People, a Big Lottery and Comic Relief funded programme to eliminate stigma and discrimination from mental health. The programme will be run by Mental Health Media, Mind, Rethink and The Institute of Psychiatry, Kings College London under the Moving People banner. The programme will publicly challenge attitudes towards mental illness in England and counter discrimination against people who experience mental ill health.

Following a 3 way pitch, Walsh Simmons has been selected to design and manage the re-brand for Lynton Lasers. Lynton manufacture a range of laser and aesthetic equipment for the medical and beauty sector. The marketing remit will also include designing and producing brochures, exhibition material and brand adverts.

Love is in the air this Valentine's Day as Johnny Bramwell, from critically acclaimed Manchester band I Am Kloot, performs an intimate acoustic gig at Manchester's Night & Day Cafe on Valentine's Day.

The band gave an exclusive chance for one fan and a chosen guest to go along completely free via our online draw.

Walsh Simmons have been appointed by Harvest Housing Group to develop corporate identities and implement marketing activity to support the launch of 5 new build developments, in Cheshire under the Avantage brand. Avantage is a working partnership with Cheshire County Council to provide developments for the over 60's, in Handforth, Middlewich, Winsford, Crewe and Ellesmere Port.

Marketing activity will comprise, sales brochures, signage, welcome packs, websites, advertising and promotional material.

Walsh Simmons has been commissioned by the Centre for Public Innovation (CPI) to design event mailers and posters for an event aimed at tackling the issues of alcohol addiction.

The Centre for Public Innovation is a social enterprise that works to improve innovation, performance and outcomes in health and criminal justice. They provide help, consultancy and training to organisations and individuals working on strategies and projects in these areas.

We designed and implemented a marketing campaign aimed at experienced investors unit trust ISA's. The campaign comprised direct mail, online advertising, website development, sales brochures and briefing guides for the FA's branding such a complex product is never easy, the badge concepts allowed each ISA to be clearly distinguished and feedback from the focus groups highlighted this campaign to be the most easily understood, ISA campaign ever seen.

Walsh Simmons has been nominated as design consultancy of the year by How-do Creative and Media Awards. Over 180 entries were received and according to How-Do the standard overall was extremely high. The winner will be announced at the awards dinner on the 24th April. Lets hope we behave better than we did at the Roses!!

Routes 2 Work is a £2m ground-breaking people based regeneration initiative, tackling worklessness throughout West Cumbria. Its objective is to reduce unemployment through engaging unemployed residents to learn and train, and to tackle and overcome social and economical exclusion.
